These coloured repair inserts are a fast and efficient way of repairing the torn or damaged threaded inserts which hold bindings onto snowboards. Available in different colours so they will blend into most snowboard bases and featuring a PE covering which is the same Polyethylene material as is used on snowboard bases. The conical metal body features a 6mm metric thread to accept standard snowboard bindings screws.

Fitting Instructions

1. Drill out mounting hole using 8mm diameter hss drill bit
2. Drill out the base of the hole using the Wintersteiger snowboard countersink drill 110° code 55-200-020
3. Resting the board on a firm surface hammer the inserts into the base using firm blows
4. Refit the binding using the correct tools and recommended torque
5. Clean off any excess material protruding from the base and if necessary have the board newly serviced and waxed
